Driven by a deep desire to help, Carole Studer founded SWISS-GROUP in 2016.

Her humanitarian trips began in 2013, marking the start of a deep commitment to working on the ground. Following these experiences, she decided to formalize her work by founding a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting populations in distress. Driven by values of solidarity and responsibility, she works with conviction to restore hope to marginalized adults and children.

His commitment and determination have enabled SWISS-GROUP to bring together several hundred donors today around a common mission: to take concrete action to make a difference.

🇫🇷 Plus tôt cette semaine, nous avons distribué du charbon aux familles et orphelins que nous soutenons. Les sacs ont été chargés, transportés et remis, un par un. Rien de compliqué. Juste s’assurer que chacun puisse rester au chaud cet hiver. C’est une partie de notre travail sur le terrain, être présents, répondre aux besoins concrets. Et tout cela est possible grâce à votre soutien. 🇬🇧 Earlier this week, we distributed coal to the families and orphans we support. Bags were loaded, carried, and handed out, one by one. Nothing complicated. Just making sure everyone can stay warm this winter. This is part of our work on the ground ,being present, responding to real needs. [🇬🇧, 🇫🇷, 🇩🇪] On continue, toujours, de prendre soin de nos orphelins. Mais cette année, on a décidé d’aller un peu plus loin. Avec notre partenaire UOSSM, on a commencé à soutenir un centre de dialyse à Tel Abiad, dans le nord de la Syrie. C’est le seul centre de la région. Ce qu’on apporte : les séances de dialyse, les médicaments, l’entretien du matériel, la désinfection, la qualité de l’eau, et même un transport pour les patients qui vivent loin. C’est un nouveau pas pour nous. Mais toujours dans la même direction : soulager, soigner, soutenir --- We continue, as always, to care for our orphans. But this year, we decided to go a step further. With our partner UOSSM, we've started supporting a dialysis center in Tel Abyad, in northern Syria. It’s the only center in the region. What we provide: dialysis sessions, medication, equipment maintenance, disinfection, water quality control, and even transportation for patients living far away. It’s a new step for us. But always in the same direction: to relieve, to heal, to support. --- Wir kümmern uns weiterhin, wie immer, um unsere Waisenkinder. Aber dieses Jahr haben wir beschlossen, einen Schritt weiter zu gehen. Gemeinsam mit unserem Partner UOSSM unterstützen wir nun ein Dialysezentrum in Tel Abiad im Norden Syriens. Es ist das einzige Zentrum in der Region. Was wir bereitstellen: Dialysesitzungen, Medikamente, Wartung der Geräte, Desinfektion, Kontrolle der Wasserqualität, und sogar Transport für Patienten, die weit entfernt wohnen. On a marché dans des rues étroites, sur des trottoirs abîmés, des maisons à moitié debout. Marcher, ça aide. Ça laisse le temps de ressentir ce qu’on voit. On a rencontré des familles qui tiennent bon, des orphelins pleins de vie, des anciens au regard digne. Ces visages, on les garde. Même une fois rentrés. We walked through narrow streets and broken sidewalks, past homes half-standing. Walking helps. It gives space to process what we see, what we feel. We met families still holding on, orphans full of life, and elderly people with quiet resilience. We carry those faces with us, long after the walk is over.
